You know, conventional, VA, what are they?–So that makes a difference. And then also just communication again, going back to that whole thing is how is the other agent? Did they call to make sure that you got the offer? Did they just send it? Can you feel that there is some kind of connection there that you can get this done? You could call anybody, you know, and it’s a very quick, easy conversation or it could be a very difficult conversation and you know that’s how it’s gonna be the rest of that transaction.
