What is up everyone, Paul Apostolakis here with your Omega 60. Today I want to talk about how to win an offer. In today’s super competitive market where we’re seeing multiple offers on properties. The question is how do you actually set yourself apart? first and foremost is getting the right financing making sure that your pre approval is from a reputable company and you actually got pre approved meaning that you actually sent in all your documents. The other side of it is hiring a very good agent that can actually negotiate on your behalf. Not having an agent represent you is kind of like going to court without a lawyer there to represent you. So make sure that you have representation in your back pocket. Some other things that you can do is making sure that you have a strong offer and I would reply that, I would go to your real estate agent and find out exactly what they think that offer means to make on that property.
