What’s up everyone, Paul Apostolakis here with your Omega 60. Today we’re talking about “the bubble”. Is there a bubble in our market as of right now it doesn’t look like it between the amount of population and the demand that there’s going to be placed on the real estate industry, coupled with the lack of inventory, lack of actual product, that supply-demand disparity is still going to be there going into 2022 and possibly 2023. So for those of you that are thinking that there’s gonna be a bubble, that there’s gonna be a crash, there could be a correction, we can say that there won’t, but the reality is a supply-demand issue is not going away anytime soon, which is going to increase pressure on home prices over time. So understand that for those of you that are waiting for this bubble to pop, there might not be an actual pop, that might be a little deflation, there might be inflation, but at the end of the day, the market still looks very, very healthy.”
