Avery purchased her first investment property at the age of 26. She currently holds a portfolio of 19 properties. In 2017 Avery left her corporate marketing job to focus full time on real estate, and very quickly became one of the top agents in Tennessee, closing over 25 million dollars in volume her first full year. A loving mother to her daughter, an avid ultra-marathoner, reader, and rescue dog advocate, Avery has sold over $100 million in short term and vacation rental properties in her career.
