Episode Highlight
“One thought that I had was all that backlog from March, April and half of May may have people saturating the market. I mean, I had 18 offers on one property, 12 on another, and all those people; they either got frustrated that they couldn’t buy what they wanted, or they decided to keep trying. There is buyer fatigue happening right now. Because, again, there’s multiple offers on a lot of houses and if you put in three, four offers on a house and keep getting outbid. It’s like, ugh, forget it. I’m gonna go rent. There’s some fatigue happening.” – Nancy Robinson, Century 21 Curran and Oberski
