“When COVID hit, it did cause a lot of the real estate business to change their way they do things. You know, there were only a few agents that did everything virtually to start with. I work with EXP as a real estate agent as well. And, you know, that’s a whole virtual company. And so many people don’t like that concept because they want to go to an office every day and drink coffee around people. And that’s really changed the way we do business, has changed the way we’ve interacted. I, I think people are going to now change the way they live in their homes. So you’re going to see a lot of different changes when it comes to floor plans of homes. There’s going to be more home office space, and now that we’ve got the kids hanging around more, there’s going to be more things for them. I think it’s going to be a huge difference for the way we live. Companies are finding out that we can work from home and still be productive.” – Debbie Bloyd
